Main Responsibilities: Create, implement, and oversee the implementation of the manufacturing processes, including quality control, engineering, maintenance, and procurement. Create and implement systems and procedures, including the introduction of new software and upgrades to existing software. Optimize manufacturing processes, including increasing output, decreasing costs, and improving efficiency. Develop, implement, and manage process flow improvements. Ensure compliance with the company\'s risk management plan. Meeting with business managers to discuss business objectives. Analyzing the efficiency and costs of existing business processes. Identifying areas of improvement including low-cost automation. Creating and presenting process improvement reports. Overseeing the implementation of new business processes. Managing improvement teams and external contractors. Troubleshooting and improving new processes. Updating process and procedure policies. Staying up to date with the latest technology and improvement strategies. Manage the machine capability analysis, by coordinating the work carried out by the team, in order to prepare the control plans for the tools produced; Manage and control the investment plan aimed at planning the acquisition of new equipment according to the needs of the areas; Conducting ongoing analysis of processes in line with industry regulations. Experience and required competencies: 20+ years of experience Education: Diploma/BE Mechanical Leadership Skills In-depth knowledge of relevant industry processes. Ability to identify cost-saving measures and improvement strategies. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to coordinate projects and lead multiple teams. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Report and procedure writing skills.
