Job Description


Responsibilities
This role is responsible for Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner.
This role is responsible for developing MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
Functional responsibilities include:

  • Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis.
  • Develop MIS system for internal communication.
  • Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team.
  • Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed.
  • Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Create PowerPoint slides by leveraging content in other (or similar) file formats
  • Convert project proposal (in Word or PowerPoint) to the kick-off deck for internal and client meetings
  • Translate research data (gathered by consulting staff) into PowerPoint slides
  • Visually elevate the key priority slides for client deliverables
  • Achieving high standards of quality and delivery
  • Proofread and sanity check PPT/Word/Excel documents (format, grammar, color specifications, alignment issues)


  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Deep proficiency in MS Office Suite (Microsoft Word, PPT, and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to clearly communicate and to adapt the content of one's speech to the type of audience.
  • Enjoy working as part of a team, as well as undertake projects independently.
  • Strong verbal and writing skills in English.
  • Flexibility, curiosity, has life-long learner's mentality.
  • Good to have – Power BI knowledge
  • Experience – 3-5 years. MIS reporting experience is a plus
