They will partner within DPM along with functional IT teams and key business stakeholders, playing a key role throughout a project and operational support to provide future improvements and functionality within the ED&A\xe2\x80\x99s business process area. The role will focus on Customer and Vendor data domains.This role is expected to work with the business process team and other functional SMEs to define business needs and provide consulting support for future improvements and functionality with a business process area. The role will play a key role throughout the project, including requirements, designs, testing, implementation, training, and end-user support, will works independently, receives minimal guidance, and will act as a resource for colleagues with less experience. In this role, you will require in-depth conceptual and working knowledge of your discipline or functional area. You will need to understand your discipline\'s best practices and how they relate to others. You may need to lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements as well as serve as a resource for less experienced colleagues. You should also be able to explain difficult or sensitive information and work to build consensus with others. It is your responsibility to analyze and resolve complex problems, examine information from multiple sources, and use judgement to evaluate established and new solutions.
