Publicis Sapient is looking for a Manager/Senior Manager (Business Operations) to come to join our team of bright thinkers and doers. You will be a part of our Reporting/ Capacity planning team for India and will help set up and stabilize various reports and tools across capacity to enable business transformation.

Qualifications
7-10 yrs years of deep experience in power BI set up and understanding of data and the ability to comprehend data and interact and communicate well with the stakeholders. Excel is mandatory (Advance level )
Should be well versed in Pl/Sql :- able to write queries, Joins & Filter Data, importing & Exporting, Writing & Update the complex SQL Query.
Good hands on Power BI on premise.
Exposed to Azure cloud environment.
Fit for both Arch or developer role.
Strong in thinking though end to end solution recommendation.
Demonstrated experience in RLS security at DB & Power BI end.
Demonstrated experience in DAX calculations, Power Query, Excels are add-on.
Demonstrated experience in Drill down & Drill through.
Familiarity/interest in complex reporting & Data Sciences in Power BI.
Demonstrated experience in Report Level access & workspace management.
Well versed with MS Products like SSIS, SSRS, SSAS.
Experience with various reporting tools a bonus (eg Tableau)
We need someone with very good Power BI skills and experience optimizing Power BI in an enterprise architecture and handling large data sets where consideration must be made on where calculations occur. (Power BI or Database)
Set Yourself Apart With:
7-10 years of professional work experience in HR (preferably as an HR or capacity planning/reporting or HR manager handling a small team)
Experience of working on data analytics and consolidation.
Managing relationship with stakeholders at leadership level.
Demonstrated ability to manage others
Worked in dynamic, fast-paced environments and must have worked in the IT industry
