Role Description:


The primary purpose of this role is to sell cocoons to reelers either through bidding / mandi / bulk deals. Kannada & Hindi is a must & should be good at rapport building with the reelers. Timely judgement in closing the deal is an added advantage with profitability.


Does the below sound like you?



1) Cocoon quality parameters to be known or should be a quick learner if trained.
2) Should have a sales mindset & ability to work under pressure.
3) Positive & a confident attitude person.
4) Should be either ready to relocate to Ramangara or stay closeby.
5) 2 Wheeler & smartphone is a must.


Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:



1) Sell cocoons with profitable margins.
2) Existing reeler retention.
3) Same day sale of cocoons.
4) Understand the market trend for better decision making.


Core skill sets ideally include, but are also not limited to:



1) Selling & strong negotitation skills.

2) Quick decision making.


Preferences :



1) Having a minimum of 1 year of experience.
