• Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries and resolve payment-related issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
• Provide operational support to different departments, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating activities as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to business operations and make recommendations for process enhancements.
• Support the development and execution of drone training programs and materials to ensure effective adoption of operational processes.
