Unique opportunity to work with the Tech leaders of Quest Global on the latest technologies the organization is building its capability on. You get to closely collaborate with the CoC leaders (Center of Competence) and Hi-Pots across the organization as well and get to learn on the latest trends in the technical world blended with the project management skills as you will be the SPOC between the CoE team and various other functions .
Responsibilities:
- Work hand in hand with the CoE Head in ideating and driving CoE function initiatives.
- Drive , manage and ensure CoE actions to completion
- Prepare reports for Monthly governance meetings, MRM and other executive/senior leadership meetings
- Execute several special projects for the CoE, from scratch to end.
- Work with CFT team in ideating and building framework across the organization on various CoE initiatives planned.
- Work in liaison with marketing team to leverage national and international forums for branding of CoE leads/ Quest Global, both internally and externally among our customers, competitors and industry leaders.
- Plan and program manage off sites/team meetings.
Minimum of 4 years' experience in similar industry
Must have spent at least a year in Quest Global
Working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is a must
Good program management and people skills
Good understanding of various functions in Quest Global
