As a Business Management Senior Associate in Design and Customer Experience, you will plan and manage digital design workflows, ensuring seamless project execution and collaboration across teams. You will drive process improvements and deliver impactful solutions that support our growing digital portfolio.
Job responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a digital product portfolio, including project intake, assessment, resourcing, execution, and tracking
• Partner with Design Lead, Product Owners, Tech Leads, and Scrum Masters to ensure successful project delivery and reporting
• Facilitate project discussions with multiple design teams and stakeholders
• Collaborate with Digital Design, Product, and Line-of-Business teams to guide project execution and capacity planning
• Track project milestones, update status regularly, and produce reports as needed
• Serve as a single point of contact for project status and issue management
• Champion ongoing process improvements within the design team and across the firm

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Three years of project or program management experience with digital design or marketing teams
• Understanding of product development lifecycle at scale
• Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
• Experience with Atlassian, JIRA and Monday.com
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Confluence
• Strong organizational skills coordinating multiple work streams independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience in both design studio and large corporate environments
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence outcomes
• Passion for customer-centric design
• Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic team environments
