Job Role
- Develop strategies to increase business volumes through campaigns
- Design campaigns to service various portfolio actions in the Credit Cards business
- Influence business stakeholders through insights generated from already executed campaigns
- Work closely with stakeholders to streamline the campaign execution process
- Bachelor's/Master's degree (preferably from Tier1 Institute) in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Business or related field
- Good problem solving skills, Good communication skills, Stakeholder management
- 4-7 years of experience in similar techno-functional roles
- Proficient in SQL/SAS/Python (Preferred)
- Sound understanding of basic statistics concepts
- Spent twelve months (applicant for same grade role)/eighteen months (applicant for next grade role) in the same division function role.
