Job Description


  • Providing strategic, financial, operational & Administrative leadership for business development and expansion and to closely coordinate and work with senior leadership team.
  • Developing new strategies for business expansion to meet the company\xe2\x80\x99s objectives.
  • Building and leading a team of business development professionals
  • Keeping a close eye on government\xe2\x80\x99s policies related to power/renewable energy and converting such opportunities into business growth for the company.
  • Plan, develop, implement and direct the organization\'s business development function and performance.
  • Act as a strategic partner by developing and implementing the company\'s plans and programs.
  • Analyze the effects of long-term growth initiatives, planning, new strategies, and regulatory actions.
  • Implement, improve, and enforce policies and procedures that will increase the financial and operational effectiveness of the company.
  • Provide strategic input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organization, specifically evaluating potential geographical expansion arears.
  • Work with the finance team to develop a solid cash flow projection and reporting mechanism, which includes setting a minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs.
