- Represents Business Risk Management in the following committees
- Ensure plans are developed, implemented and monitored in conjunction with relevant cross functional teams and aligned with the Global brand strategy
- Accountable for delivering local Commercial P&L goals and other performance objectives & financial KPIs
- In collaboration with the General Manager, Human Resources and all other relevant functional teams to set annual sales targets, annual incentives, and reviewing progress vs
- Lead Global Enterprise transformation projects across Capital markets (Trading & Banking)
- Ensure plans are developed, implemented and monitored in conjunction with relevant cross functional teams and aligned with the Global brand strategies
- Supervise 4+ Talent Partners/Extreme Reach employees to generate and manage talent budgets and client estimates, process and interpret scale and over-scale talent contracts and process talent payments
- Provide support to the HK LCOO and senior management to define and implement location strategies
- P&L responsibility for the vertical accountability for meeting growth targets
- Direct management of the Sales, Account Management, Business Development and Operational teams of the vertical
