Job Title: Business Head

Role Overview: The Business Head will play a pivotal role in driving business revenue, cost management, and overall business growth in line with budgets and market expectations. They will be responsible for reviewing, monitoring, and implementing new strategies to optimize operational efficiency.
Primary Responsibilities: * Sales and Revenue Generation: Focus on high-value product sales and ensure achievement of revenue targets.

• Collection Management: Oversee collections process to maintain healthy cash flows.
• People Management: Lead and mentor the team to ensure alignment with business objectives and foster a high-performance culture.
• Administration and Coordination: Manage administrative functions and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
• Reporting: Regularly review and analyze performance metrics using systems such as JOS and DMS to inform strategic decisions.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with B2C customers and partner channels in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

Key Responsibilities: * B2C and Partner Channel Business: Drive business strategies for both B2C and partner channel segments in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh markets.

• CRC D2C Business Monitoring: Oversee direct-to-consumer business activities and monitor performance metrics.
• FBP Partner Channel Business: Manage partner channel business, including FDO and SSD segments.
• Daily Review: Conduct daily reviews with direct reports to track progress and address any challenges promptly.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Proven track record of 15+ years in FMCG industry, with expertise in primary and treasury functions.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive performance and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
