Business Head - HR tech / Staffing tech

- Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives

- Cultivating a high-performing and agile team culture

- Owning the plan to produce the desired results which are consistent with the overall strategy and mission

- Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits

- Ensuring all company activities adhere to legal guidelines and policies

- Maintain a deep knowledge of the human resource marketplace and industry for the company

- Providing guidance to sales, operations and product teams

- Reporting updates to CEO, COO, other management team members and corporate stakeholders regarding progress on strategic goals

Requirements and skills

- At least 15 years of experience managing and expanding a high-growth start-up or proven expertise as a business leader in a well-established organisation, especially in the human resources industry or marketplace

- Experience in developing profitable strategies

- An entrepreneurial mind-set with outstanding organizational and leadership skills

- Proven track record of building successful high performing teams from the ground up

- Experience in managing c-level executives and corporate stakeholders

- Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance etc.

- Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and public speaking skills
