As the Business Head in the Hospitality Industry, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the business operations to ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences, achieve financial targets, and maintain high standards of service. This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the hospitality sector, strong leadership skills, and a strategic mindset. Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies to drive occupancy and revenue.

Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge. Quality Assurance:Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and health and safety guidelines.
Implement quality control measures to maintain the highest level of service quality. Strategic Planning:Develop and implement long-term business strategies to drive sustainable growth.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, vendors, and partners.
Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers to optimize cost efficiency. Qualifications:

• Master\'s degree in Hospitality Management, MBA Marketing Reuired
• Proven experience as a Business Head in the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, food and beverage services, and guest relations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Financial acumen with the ability to analyze and interpret financial statements.
