We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Unit Head-Appliance to lead our refurbishment appliance business unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the reuse/recycle/refurbish business, including product development, sales and marketing, operations, supply chain management, and customer service. The Business Unit Head Appliance will be a key member of the senior management team and will be responsible for driving growth and profitability for the business. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a strategic plan for the refurbished appliance business unit, in line with the overall company strategy.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the refurbished appliance business, including product development, sales and marketing, operations, supply chain management, and customer service.
- Work closely with the design team to develop new and innovative products that meet customer needs and drive sales growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to ensure ongoing business success.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Lead and motivate a team of managers and staff to achieve business objectives and goals.
- Develop and manage budgets and financial performance of the refurbished appliance business unit.
- Ensure all business activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Represent the refurbished appliance business unit at senior management meetings and contribute to overall company strategy and decision making.
- Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Master\'s degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior management role in the reverse logistics/appliance industry.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful business strategies that drive growth and profitability.
- Proven track record in product development, sales and marketing, operations, and supply chain management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
