Business Functional Analyst,VP Position Overview Job Title: Lead GMI Business Analyst Corporate Title: Vice President Location: Pune Overview: Lead GMI Business Analyst role for motivated individuals to join the Markets Clearing Technology team to support our business in the area of Listed Derivatives (LD), Cleared OTC (cOTC) and Cash & Collateral businesses. Covering the business lines of Rates, Credits & FX. The purpose of the role is to support the Listed Derivatives business in Transformation to a Target state architecture and will have help drive the transformation through multiple complex functions like Margin processing, Trade processing, Position management, GL flows, Lifecycle Management (exercises/Assignments), Corporate Actions, CCP processing, Interest processing, CCP reconciliations, regulatory feeds, and Fees and Commissions. The candidate should have very strong functional knowledge across the domain and act in a SME capacity on the functions outlined above. The individual will be involved in projects working with multiple product areas to gather business requirements and propose solutions in order to help the business enhance its core clearing platform, and will be responsible for identifying, devising and documenting tactical and strategic solutions for Corporate Banking & Securities Technology within Deutsche Bank\'s Global Technology organization. Work with Operations and business to understand their functions requirements and interpret this into a technology delivery roadmap. Ability to innovate and think creatively, showing willingness to apply new approaches to solving problems and to learn new methods and technologies Ability to think analytically, with systematic and logical approach to solving complex problems, and high attention to detail Help drive best practices in and may tactically support highest priority releases and/or enhancements to large or critical systems. Implement best practices around requirement gathering methodologies and requirement documentation procedures Take Ownership for platform scalability and work with stakeholders to ensure that necessary capacity and Tech Roadmap compliance related requirements are dealt with on time. Work with the CIO group in DB, to understand best practices and push best practices in Markets Clearing. Work with CIO Markets Clearing engineering team like information architects, BPM/workflow architects, Functional architects, so drive a team centric solution and leveraging these skills to solution the best in class clearing platform. You will have: More than 5 years of GMI, RANsys, UBIX hands on experience or other. Experience of Clearvision or relevant CCP connectivity. Proficient with FIS Streamcore database model Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of core systems with DB\'s Markets Clearing Platform and be able to drive changes within these applications Experience of dealing with Clearing Vendors and CCPs. Knowledge of the following Primary Domains: Transaction Lifecycle processing, Lifecycle event mgmt, Complex reporting and management of reporting across multi asset classes, allocation processing and self service client functions in the domain of Clearing. Able to configure modules of Clearing systems to process typical market requirements. Deep understanding of the Clearing process front to back, showing abilities to explain the lifecycle of a trade and where each module has an effect. Able to clearly explain the Batch steps involved and what is typically involved for regional processing in Asia or European regions.
