Complementary Health screening for 35 yrs. and above Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for defining business requirements in partnership and collaboration with the business and obtaining sign-off Ensures the creation of supporting documentation e.g. Terms of Reference Liaises with programme / project managers, clients, and other stakeholders as appropriate as the business/functional counterpart for solution identification Reviews business case(s) outlining cost impacts and value drivers of proposed solutions Reviews feasibility studies and estimates Must have good knowledge of SQL and should be able to work on database. Responsible for defining testing requirements together with the QA & Testing Team as well as the clients Supports the design and conceptualization of new business solution options and articulates identified impacts and risks Responsible for Quality Assurance of project deliverables Supports the Business Analysis Specialists/Managers on the prioritization of change requests Works with Business Analysis Specialists/Managers to ensure consistent implementation of processes Good data analysis. Should have good SQL, Excel, Access experience to perform data analysis. Must have experience in working requirement collection tools like JAMA. Collaborates with colleagues participating in other stages of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Identifies dependencies between software product components, between technical components, and between applications and interfaces. Identifies product integration verifications to be performed based on the integration sequence and relevant dependencies. Candidate Summary The candidate will provide financial support for RTB and CTB and should have the ability to challenge and communicate changes in the portfolio and deliver analyses and reporting to higher management level. The candidate will support management in providing the governance to monitor and control the costs and communicate changes proactively. The candidate will identify opportunities and challenges within the costs. This candidate will have: Must have 7+ years of experience in IT industry and at least 3-4 years in the BA role. Broad knowledge of related business solutions in the marketplace Management experience and ability to lead and coach Maturity and persuasiveness to engage in business dialogue and support stakeholders Knowledge of Quality Management tools and techniques Well developed analytical and problem solving experience Ability to work in virtual teams and in matrixed organization Ability to work in fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills Fluent in English (written/verbal) Strong analytical skills and communication skills with fluency in English (written / verbal) Ability to work in virtual teams and in matrixed organisations. Excellent team player and open minded approach Understands the relevant business area ensures deliveries are as per business and functional requirements. Identifies gaps and takes proactive steps to fill in as necessary. Ability to share information, transfer knowledge and expertise to team members. Ability to design and write code in accordance with provided business requirements Knowledge of IT delivery and architecture including knowledge of Data Modelling and/or BA. Relevant experience working in Financial Services organization. Ability to work in a fast paced environment with competing and alternating priorities with a constant focus on delivery.
