Job Description
- You must have strong FP&A and business finance experience, managing South Asia
- At least 5 years of recent manufacturing experience is required
About Our Client
Our client is a renowned player in the chemical manufacturing industry.
You would be reporting to the Global Head of Business Finance. Your key responsibilities would be -
- Support short to long term strategic projects of South Asia through business case analysis, financial model development
- Develop, track, analyze, report and monitor progress on key performance measurements. This includes the generation of periodic performance reports from volume to EBITDA and also working capital
- Develop, evaluate and oversee the implementation of pricing models and strategies designed to optimize revenue and net margin
- Monitor key competitors and suppliers in South Asia, providing insights and analysis as market intelligence monitoring and for strategic decision making
- Manage and the financial business planning and analytics activities for all commercial operations in South Asia to ensure consistent application of financial treatment
- Oversee the preparation of the monthly forecasts, annual budget and 5-year strategic plan
- Work with cross functional teams to make sure that there is alignment of the forecast and plan between each market, BU and functions in order to deliver improved EBITDA performance
- Establish a system that continuously updates the financial forecasts so as to reflect actual and changes in the operating environment
The Successful Applicant
As the ideal candidate, you are a CA / MBA Finance (Tier I Universities) with 10+ years of total experience and a minimum of 5 years of recent manufacturing experience, focusing on South Asia markets, especially India and Bangladesh.
You should be well versed with Power BI tools and comfortable with an individual contributor role.
