Job Description
Opportunity to work with a growing firm Get to work closely with top management Developing a deep understanding of the business, Cost drivers, and other functions of the organization to drive efficient growth. Performing data-driven trend analysis for operational metrics with a focus on improving the shape of the P&L while highlighting key insights to leadership. Creating processes for new initiatives and improving existing ones with a focus on governance & cost leakage. Preparing, managing, and publishing business scorecards. Stakeholder Management & working closely with the respective business team. Coordinate monthly reviews for the multiple service lines with business stakeholders. Assist with ad-hoc analysis on various projects as and when required. The Successful Applicant CA/MBA with atleast 5 years of prior experience in Business Finance is preferred. Strong Excel Skills and good business acumen. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams. Strong Financial modelling and Power-point skills. Self-starter who can take ownership of deliverables with minimal direction and develop new ways of approaching business problems. Continuous improvement attitude and fast learning ability.
