About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant , who will play the role of liaising between the Product teams, Customer Relationship View (CRV) Operations Scrum team, and our EIT technology partners, the core objective for this person will be to create, maintain and manage all production support needs, including bug identification and prioritization, user needs, system performance, Business Continuity Planning, environment soundness, as well as Help Desk support and education. This individual will partner with the CRV onshore team helping to lead and play a major role partnering with EIT on the systems overall Safety and Soundness evaluations, along with any correction actions that are required. The successful individual will work with all roles on the CRV product including Product Managers, Product Owners, and Platform and Data teams, to conduct analyses and apply results which may include platform performance SLAs, development of business cases while working to mitigate any known risks and report creating to drive clarity into the overall soundness of the system.
This role will provide assistance in managing project queues, defining user requirements and acting as the second line of support for the field. Testing, management of small changes, and acting as subject matter experts on identified issues, task forces, or special project teams also will be a part of this role.

In this role, you will:
Overall day to day support of the CRV application, access to the tool and functionality
Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics
Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work
Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business
Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management
Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff

Required Qualifications, International:
3 years of Business Operations experience preferably in user provisioning and support
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Solid problem-solving skills
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas

Desired Qualifications:
Preferred experience / understanding of supporting marketing activities using Marketing technology platforms
BS/BA degree in business or technology, or equivalent work experience
2 years of experience with marketing technology platforms
Demonstrated initiative to identify business improvement opportunities and drive completion of tasks, projects and initiatives
Highly comfortable in learning new systems and interfaces in a fast-paced environment
