About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate, as part of the Marketing Platform Administration team, this role will play a key role in supporting users of the Marketing technology platforms, including Aprimo, PAR CMAX, IBM Marketing Operations, EDAM and others as assigned. User support includes responding to requests for access, ad hoc training, issue troubleshooting and participation in testing changes and enhancements as assigned.

In this role, you will:
Provide daily support to marketing technology users by monitoring an established request system and handling requests via an established service level agreement (SLA). Requests may include routine access requests, training and consulting on how to use the tool for specific situations or troubleshooting systems issues
Participating in testing changes and enhancements to the marketing technology and providing feedback to development teams
Delivering group training on the technology

Required Qualifications, International:
~ 2 years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Solid problem solving skills
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas
Other Desired Qualifications

2 years of familiarity with Aprimo or Workfront marketing operations technology workflow platforms
Experience / Understanding with supporting marketing activities using Marketing technology platforms such as Aprimo, Workfront, IBM Marketing Operations or ComplianceMAX (cMAX)
BS/BA degree in business or technology, or equivalent work experience
1 years of experience with marketing technology platforms Demonstrated initiative to identify business improvement opportunities and drive completion of tasks, projects and initiatives
Highly comfortable in learning new systems and interfaces in a fast-paced environment
