About the Role Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate. This job is restricted for roles that report to the COO-GPD. The COO | Group Portfolio Delivery (Business Execution Consultant role) supports a broad range of initiatives and as such offers the opportunity to build a diverse set of project experiences and perspective. This role will support: 1. ECM Business management teams in coordinating with Business Stakeholders, PDL\'s and PMM\'s for creating new Idea or Investment request record 2. Risk front line control functions required to support analysis of Key Risk Indicator and QA control breaches Responsibilities Key Responsibilities for this Business Execution Associate include but not limited to: . Supporting the Idea intake process, coordinating with Requestors, Program Sponsors, PDL\'s, ECM Shared Services teams during the Idea lifecycle . Analysis of trending risk data, root cause for threshold breaches, coordination of remediation plans with Business Stakeholders, and coordination activities with 2nd line Risk teams. . Coordination with Control Owners and Systems of Record to improve Risk tracking, monitoring of Tool change impacts. Role will serve in a Risk mitigation capacity for the Enterprise. . Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives . Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics . Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work . Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations . Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables . Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business . Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business . Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management Required Qualifications . Candidates must be a Bachelor\'s Degree holder, or any Master\'s program . Total 3-5 years of experience in Business Operations related to Project management, Change Management and Agile . Strong process orientation and enforcement . Knowledge on below are added advantage a. Project Management domain b. SharePoint c. MS Excel and MS Visio Market Skills and Certifications (Desired Qualifications) . Understanding of SDLC models-Waterfall & Agile . Good organizational skills, coordination with matrixed teams . Ability to be proactive, innovative and creative in satisfying customer and enterprise need . Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment Other Desired Qualifications (Soft Skills) . Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills strong understanding of core enterprise functions and capabilities.
