Department Overview Corporate Risk Change Management (CRCM) centrally manages all Corporate Risk change efforts (programs and products) using a common approach and tools that align with the company-wide Enterprise Change Management Policy. The team also facilitates the prioritization of new Corporate Risk change efforts, in conjunction with other risk efforts and high priority regulatory matters across the company. About the Role This position works within the Corporate Risk Regulatory Execution team to support defined Corporate Risk change management operations and high priority regulatory matters and associated deliverables. Timeliness and accuracy of work is critical to business success and impacts the effective execution across Corporate Risk. Supports Wells Fargo Corporate Risk in documenting and evidencing the closure of issues and corrective actions. These Services are required to enable Wells Fargo to strengthen its controls for issues and to permit Wells Fargo\'s ability to effectively manage risk. Responsibilities: Perform quality control analysis to ensure inspection of the completeness accuracy and timeliness Create Checklist for Program/Product Manager around ECM Requirements Work with team to create documentation and procedures writing to support processes Execute periodic reporting routines to extract data from source systems, append additional data attributes, and aggregate metrics into tables and charts. Facilitate monthly updates to Financial forecast Maintain bi-weekly Capacity Reporting Create/Maintain Team Documentation (Org Chart, Team Summary, etc) Provide SharePoint administration, maintenance, and support. Filter report content to highlight areas requiring attention, such as work starting, work coming due, and work at risk of (or off track from) completing by the planned due date. Draft executive leadership updates using defined content to summarize progress and areas requiring management attention into PowerPoint slides. Identify and communicate process improvement opportunities for reporting procedures and templates. Delivery of centralized reporting, with effective processes and controls, to ensure accurate and timely production of program and leadership updates. Provide support and data compilation for an inventory of outputs aligned to CRCM portfolio and project management operations. Facilitate and coordinate efforts to assess business needs and initiatives for team processes, procedures, documentation, and tools. Execute periodic quality control check routines ensure consistent inspection of the completeness, accuracy, and timely updates, in alignment with defined program guidelines. Participate in planning and executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives, and monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management of assigned operations or business groups Review basic initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements, and conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunities Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiatives Collaborate and consult with mid-level managers or cross-functional business partners Provide work direction toless experiencedStrategy and Execution staff Key Skillsets and Experience: Strong experience planning, organizing, and executing work across multiple efforts Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to execute on existing processes and procedures or enhance existing or develop new processes and procedures Experience in Risk, Compliance, Audit, IT preferred Experience working on regulatory matters preferred Experience in project planning, evaluation of progress against defined plan, identification and documentation and communication of risks or issues against timelines. Experience working in a matrixed or program team environment. Prior experience in working on Issue Validation or Oversight will be preferred Experience creating and updating Microsoft Excel pivot tables and complex formulas.
