Requirements \xc2\xb7 10+years of Experience as a Presale/Sales Engineer. \xc2\xb7 8+years overall IT/development Background. \xc2\xb7 Experience in RFPs and RFIs, POCs. \xc2\xb7 Experience working with Indian and global customers. \xc2\xb7 Good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills. \xc2\xb7 Strong customer service orientation \xc2\xb7 Analytical skills and the ability to recognize the demands on the side of the clients. \xc2\xb7 Willingness to travel. \xc2\xb7 Preferably Female Candidates. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Planning of sales strategies, the positioning in contrast to the competitors, and the demonstration of the business. \xc2\xb7 Preparation of presentations about the products or services with all their values for the usage of the sales department. \xc2\xb7 Engagement with the customers and interpretation of their needs and derivation of advice for prospective products that are aligned with the customer demands. \xc2\xb7 Participating in all open/Limited Tenders, Preparation of proposals, Preparation to completion of Pre-qualification criteria of the tender.

• Tender discussion with technical & Financial team and co-ordinate according to the requirements of tender.
• Should be able to analyze competition prior to participating in the tender for submitting comprehensive. comparing and evaluating various proposals on sound grounds to select the best one.
• Able to meet Government, PSU and Defense customers and OEMs for specific requirement related to tenders.
• Generate new Accounts and Manage existing Accounts.
• Follow up for order and Delivery with execution team for timely execution of the order and ensure timely payment without deduction.
• Salary is as per the industry norms.
