Key Responsibilities:- Drive front-line sales activities including market coverage, client visits, and lead generation.- Develop and manage relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and project consultants.- Promote company products to influence specifications and project approvals.- Identify and convert new project opportunities from concept to order closure.- Coordinate with internal teams (design, projects, supply chain) to ensure smooth execution.- Track competitors, pricing trends, and market movements in the Chennai region.- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates on a regular basis.- Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.- Product / Industry Exposure (Preferred)- Architectural / Decorative Products- Lighting / Electrical / Building Materials / Project Sales-driven industriesCandidate Profile:- Graduate / MBA preferred.- 3-8 years of experience in front-line sales or business development.- Strong exposure to project sales and architect-driven selling.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Self-motivated, field-oriented, and target-driven.- Good knowledge of the Chennai market and project ecosystem.
