Job Description


Key Responsibilities: Administrative Duties: a. Manage and oversee daily administrative operations within the laboratory. b. Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation related to clients, services, and financial transactions. c. Handle scheduling and appointment management to optimize laboratory workflow. d. Coordinate communication with clients, healthcare professionals, and internal team members. e. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards. Business Development: a. Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth, including market research, competitor analysis, and client trends. b. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, and other potential clients. c. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and outreach strategies to attract new clients. Client Relationship Management: a. Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and service needs. b. Proactively identify and resolve client issues to maintain strong client relationships. c. Obtain feedback and suggestions from clients to drive improvements in services and customer satisfaction. Financial Management: a. Assist in the development of pricing strategies and cost management to ensure profitability. b. Prepare and analyse financial reports related to business development activities. Team Collaboration: a. Collaborate with laboratory staff, sales teams, and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or administrative management, preferably in the healthcare or pathology field. Strong understanding of laboratory operations, medical terminology, and healthcare industry trends. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships. Proficiency in data management, financial analysis, and the use of relevant software tools. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
