Job Title: Interior Business Development Specialist:1. Lead Generation: Utilize various methods such as networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media to identify and qualify leads in the interior design sector.2. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify potential opportunities for business growth.3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and other key players in the industry to generate referrals and repeat business.4. Proposal Development: Work closely with the design team to create tailored proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the company\'s capabilities and solutions to potential clients.5. Contact potential clients via phone calls to introduce our interior design services and discuss project requirements.6. Keep detailed records of client interactions and project progress in Excel / word.Requirements: Proven experience in business development or sales within the interior design industry. Preferred if has Strong understanding of interior design principles, trends, and materials. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
