Responsibilities: * Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets for import and export logistics services.

• Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their logistics needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and optimize logistics operations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and pricing quotations to clients.
• Negotiate terms and contracts with clients to secure profitable business deals.
• Monitor sales performance and generate regular reports for management review.
• Provide timely and effective responses to client inquiries and concerns.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote services and expand the client base.

Educational Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.

• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
• Strong knowledge of import and export logistics processes and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications: * Experience working with international clients and freight forwarding companies.

• Familiarity with trade compliance and customs clearance procedures.
• Previous experience in a similar sales role within the logistics industry.
