At Suman Publications, we believe to publish books of different genres whether it\'s a fictional novel or an academic book. Suman Publications was founded in the year 2017 by Abhay Raj Solanki in partnership with Ashok K Solanki and Onetwork Global Services Private Limited.

Suman Publications India publishes books of enduring literary quality from (and about) India and other South Asian countries. It has published approximately over 100 authors in the following categories - fiction, history, biography, autobiography, current events, reportage, travel, popular science, art, music, nature studies, the environment, business, translations, philosophy, sociology, psychology, and popular culture as well as works of narrative non-fiction that are not easily categorized.

Now, It\'s a lifelong mission to keep the power of stories alive and the fact that books open up a world of unimaginable possibilities.

About the work from home job/internship

At Suman Publications, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development intern to join our team. If you have a passion for sales, excellent spoken English proficiency, and strong MS-Excel skills, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced publishing company.

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends, generating valuable insights to drive business growth
2. Assist the sales team in prospecting and developing new leads, building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline
3. Collaborate with the marketing department to create compelling sales materials and presentations that effectively communicate our products and services
4. Support the sales team in preparing and submitting sales proposals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
5. Help analyze sales data and create reports using MS-Excel, providing valuable insights to optimize sales strategies and improve performance
6. Participate in sales meetings and training sessions, actively contributing ideas and suggestions to enhance sales processes and techniques
7. Build strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally

Additional Information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (9 1000 per sale).
