About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage the ed-tech sales & promotion of foreign language courses (German, French, Spanish, Japanese, Korean)
2. Work on creating awareness amongst school/college students, their parents, and working-class employees aiming for foreign jobs/careers
3. Initiating phone & email conversations with potential clients to book a free demo class with our in-house qualified, experienced, native & professional global trainers
4. Following up with clients who complete the demo classes and closing the sales within the weekly/monthly sales cycle
5. Communicating and priming the lead diligently through channels like email, WhatsApp, SMS, and calls
6. Monitoring self-performance at all times while also contributing to the team performance
7. Maintaining a track of factors like conversion factor, average revenue generated per lead, average revenue per sale, etc.
8. Working in collaboration with the marketing team (content creator, video editor, designers) and co-founders of the company

Additional Information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (? 500 per sale).

This is an opportunity to join the company at the end of the internship period.
