About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Maintaining assigned client relationships
2. Interacting with internal teams for the smooth flow of each event listing marketing initiatives and payments
3. Acting as the point of contact for all small/medium scale organizers for the smooth & easy functioning of the accounts and documentation
4. Resolving and replying to queries
5. Managing incoming customer service queries
6. Identifying and assessing organizer/venue needs, collecting feedback, and sharing them with relevant teams to achieve customer delight
