About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Accomplish marketing and sales staff objectives by recruiting, selecting, training, and coaching employees
2. Communicate job expectations by planning, monitoring, and reviewing job contributions
3. Achieve marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information
4. Prepare and complete the marketing action plan
5. Work on meeting marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing annual budgets
6. Determine annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions
7. Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertisements
8. Identify marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements
9. Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities
10. Sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits
11. Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
