About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on making outbound calls to potential customers
2. Respond to new and current client base regarding complaints and service inquiries
3. Find potential clients through cold calling, lead research, Facebook groups, etc.
4. Use a CRM to track and score leads throughout the customer journey
5. Resolve customer queries through email, chats, and calls
6. Keep a log of everything so we can train the assistant/team members
7. Work closely with the manager and complete or allocate tasks.
