Role and Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Intern, you\'ll play a pivotal role in driving our company\'s growth and success. Your responsibilities will include:
Cold Calling: Proactively reaching out to potential clients, introducing our services, and gauging their recruitment needs.
Lead Generation: Identifying and researching potential clients through various channels, including online platforms and networking events.
Client Engagement: Effectively communicating our value proposition, understanding client requirements, and tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
Relationship Building: Nurturing client relationships and maintaining regular follow-ups to ensure a strong partnership.
Qualifications and Skills:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
A self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing leads.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a knack for building rapport with potential clients.
Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to meet and exceed targets.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
