About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Generate quality leads to expand our customer base
2. Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to month-over-month growth
3. Improve our time spent winning and closing sales
4. Generate new customer leads
5. Perform outreach to specified customer segments/territories
6. Provide a daily summary of calls and lead status
7. Prepare monthly sales report
8. Present and upsell company offerings to new customers
9. Generate leads from the natural market
10. Convert leads into successful sales
11. Hire agents and vendors
12. Plan and prepare a timeline for the training of vendors and agents with the training team
13. Motivate agents/vendors/freelancers for achieving sales benchmarks
14. Adhere to TAT for achieving set goals and benchmarks
15. Create plan layout and execution strategies for the given territory
