About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Talk to customers, gather insights into different user segments in our target audience, and propose our solutions to them
2. Rigorously follow up with customers keeping our sales cycle, target audience, and their mindset toward health in mind
3. Monitor user patterns and interact with users through online and offline channels
4. Analyze and refine sales strategy according to insights gathered
5. Optimize sales operations
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to provide insights on consumer preference and marketing competition behaviors in order to drive product enhancements

Who can apply:

1. Great written and verbal communication skills (English, Hindi, and/or other relevant regional languages) and empathetic toward customers' needs to ensure that they feel comfortable expressing their health concerns
2. Adept at building rapport with customers
