Alokya is a woman-operated brand that believes in \'Safalta baatne se badhti hai,\' which translates to - success multiplies when it is shared. The brand was established to improve society and provide the community of indigenous artists of India with a platform to promote and endorse their art through our innovative artisanal products.

India has a vast, intricate history, parts of which are only alive in the stories passed down through our traditional art forms. Alokya attempts to reconnect to these stories and bring them to the mainstream. As a sustainable brand, we are well aware of our duties. About the work from home job/internship

RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide support to all departments in the organization such as sales, marketing,
operations, and procurement.
Information gathering and relevant background research are required for the
brand\'s mid-to-long-term strategy and expansion.
Develop and maintain important databases and filing systems.
Provide logistics and administrative support (as needed) to the entire team within the organization.
Contribute to brainstorming, writing, editing, and proofreading content.
Confidently interact with clients, customers, and interested parties.
Relationship management with existing and future/new customers, suppliers, and vendors.

QUALIFICATIONS
Undergraduate degree in business, commerce, or related fields preferred. Master\'s degree in business administration (MBA) preferred. Candidates from other fields (e.g., engineering, arts) must apply if they are confident to meet the job responsibilities and requirements.
Keen analytical and problem-solving skills and deliverable mindset to positively impact the brand\'s growth and expansion into multiple geographies across India and globally.
Experience in working with tools/applications such as Google drive, docs, sheets, and forms and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to develop connections, foster relationships, and promote the brand.
