This is a hybrid working opportunity. Selected candidates will have to be based out of either Bangalore or Hyderabad.

Responsibilities

  • Gains understanding of how to effectively and efficiently organize and maintain records related to contacts, leads, meetings, follow-up tasks and client/campaign specific deliverables in various trackers including CRM, K-drive, Hubspot and any other tools as required
  • Proficient with MS Office and Sales Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Gains proficiency with Dynamics 365 CRM, GlobalData, Zymewire, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, as applicable, and other sales tools, as applicable.
  • Gains understanding between current role and the organization\xe2\x80\x99s business and commercial objectives. Basic proficiency of the competitor environment and can input to the commercial rationale for various competitor product and service propositions.
  • Researches potential leads and obtains additional information on clients or on the needs of partner organizations. Identifies commercial opportunities via industry readings, internet searches, analysts\xe2\x80\x99 reports, etc. Represents MMS as a trusted partner to others. Understands the need to develop a network of contacts in targeted, potential partner organizations.   • Undertakes reach-outs via email and phone calls with prospects with the objective of setting up capabilities meeting with the field based sales team. Such reach outs will be based on templates and coaching from Line Manager, etc. on external communication.
  • Level I: Gains understanding of identifying contacts/leads to match client profile defined by Line Manager.
  • Gains understanding of how to effectively manage priorities. Seeks guidance from Line Manager as needed.
Requirements
  • College graduate in a Business-related discipline or related field/ experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a Business Development or similar lead generation role in a Pharma, Biotech or CRO space, or similar field required.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications.
  • Hands-on experience with clinical trial and pharmaceutical development preferred.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to work with others to clearly understand needs and solve problems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in US and UK / Europe time zones for customer meetings and reach-outs as far as possible
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with current ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards preferred.
  • Familiarity with 21 CFR Part 11, FDA, and GCP requirements.
  • Basic understanding of CROs and scientific & clinical data/terminology, & the drug development process.
