We're a social start-up founded by IIT Kharagpur alumni & ex GE, runner-up in IIT Kharagpur business competition. R Buy Smart Refill is an award-winning innovative platform that eliminates the need for a single-use plastic package. R-Buy is a RaaS platform (refill as a service), a smart-tech system that dispenses home care and personal care products into reusable, returnable containers. We're reducing plastic pollution one refill at a time. We place kiosks at qualifying residential & retail properties, and partner with manufacturers who wish to offer their products via refill.

About part time job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Introduce the award-winning concept of Smart Refill kiosk, a convenient and responsible way to purchase cleaning liquid, to identified target audiences
2. Work on promotions through participation in BTL activities and campaigns (mainly in residential communities and public awareness events for plastic pollution)
3. Manage customer interaction and engagement
4. Work on being an excellent listener to capture customer feedback on our products and services and help us build the best alternative supply chain platform in India without using a single-use plastic package

Additional Information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (? 25 per app installation after the base target of 50 per week).
