About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling questions, and issues and providing detailed information on requirements, processes, and policies
2. Collecting information and qualifying candidates for programs, services or courses
3. Ensuring that applications are completed correctly and that the required supporting materials have been provided
4. Entering, updating, and reviewing data and records
5. Providing guidance and recommendations to applicants and prospective candidates
6. Corresponding with applicants and prospective candidates
7. Processing enrollments and dis-enrollments
8. Assisting with billing and payment processing
9. Conducting information sessions
10. Attending team meeting and keeping track of the team progress
11. Making payment follow-ups with agency clients & invoicing
