About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identify and properly qualify cloud opportunities
2. Work on cold-calling and schedule meetings with the respective stakeholders
3. Work with presales and field sales to discover, identify and meet customer requirements
4. Work on revenue generation
5. Work on new client acquisitions and manage the existing clients to provide exceptional public cloud services
6. Develop business opportunities that are strategic from a revenue perspective or complex in nature, requiring high-level complex selling skills
7. Maintain long-term relationships with the customers and solve their grievances whenever they arise
Desired skills:
1. Excellent communication skills; speaking, writing, and listening
2. Articulate and persuasive; can communicate difficult and complex matters in a straightforward, transparent manner
3. Prior work experience in a sales position working with solutions that include business analytics, DHW, Hadoop, data lake, and machine learning is a plus
4. Ability to track activity in CRM and Excel
5. Strong organizational, analytical, detailed planning, and project management skills
6. Ability to grasp concepts quickly and think beyond traditional methods to
exceed clients' expectations
