About the internship

We are searching for self-driven and confident young talents who can understand and help others understand our product. An ideal candidate for this role would be someone who is a committed, deadline-driven business development person who is proactive and vibrant.

To be successful as a business development intern, you should be willing to learn as much about the company and its products as possible and be able to spot opportunities that have been overlooked by others. Outstanding business development interns are problem solvers who know the value of building lasting, professional relationships with clients.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Selling the product by understanding the market and our products to the core of our fin-tech platform
2. Working closely with the leaders or assigned team members, and completing all allocated tasks
3. Conducting research, or gathering information through surveys or by speaking to clients and team members
4. Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions
5. Reviewing sales performance against set targets
6. Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions

Requirements:

1. Degree in marketing, business, or similar is an added advantage
2. Ability to work alone or as part of a team
3. A strong command of English and local languages
4. Ability to cope with rejection & remain calm in fast-paced environments
5. Superb interpersonal skills
