About Ceyone Marketing Private Limited

Ceyone was founded in June 2018 with 3 specific goals of creating the best home buying experience in the country with our integrated marketing, advertising, and sales team, enabling quality real estate developers by helping them focus on their core competence of design and development, and helping customers buy some of the curated homes.

Ceyone was founded in June 2018 by Deba Pati. An alumnus of Infosys and IIM-Ahmedabad, Deba got into real estate in April 2009 and has been working in sales and marketing roles since then. After spearheading teams who helped close to 5000 families own a home, Deba felt that home buyers deserve more.

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Briefing the customers about the residential project
2. Promoting property sales through advertisements, open houses, and active participation in expos
3. Acting as an intermediary in negotiations
4. Meeting monthly sales targets
5. Handling direct sales, generating referral leads, and also generating leads from channel partner
6. Maintaining self-day-to-day reports
7. Advising clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters
8. Accompanying buyers during site visits and inspections of the property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting
