Business Development Officer - Restaurant Industry

Position Summary:

We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to spearhead strategic growth initiatives in the competitive and ever-evolving restaurant landscape. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, hospitality, and forging meaningful partnerships that elevate brand presence and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Market Expansion & Strategy

Identify and evaluate new business opportunities including franchise models, partnerships, and location scouting. Conduct market research to understand consumer trends, competitor activity, and emerging culinary concepts.

Client & Partner Engagement

Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, corporate clients, and franchisees. Negotiate contracts and partnership terms that align with business goals.

Revenue Growth

Develop and execute campaigns to boost footfall, delivery sales, and loyalty programs. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to launch promotions and seasonal offerings.

Brand Development

Represent the brand at industry events, food expos, and networking forums. Work closely with creative and communications teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Performance Monitoring

Track KPIs including sales growth, customer acquisition, and ROI on campaigns. Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in F&B or hospitality. Strong negotiation, networking, and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM tools and data interpretation. Passion for food, trends, and customer experience.
