Maintain a database of prospective clients and update it regularly.
Extract and update the latest list of Brokers, Banks, Corporate Agents, and Individual Agents doing business
Prospecting & Outreach:
Reach out to insurance brokers, and agencies handling employee benefits.
Develop a strong sales pitch for the IMT Care Employee Benefits solution.
Target Insurance Company Executives, meet, and incentivize them. (Prepare a list of these target people)
Demo & Pitching:
Schedule product demos for insurance intermediaries.
Customize the pitch based on the client's needs and business model.
Conversion & Closure:
Follow up with interested intermediaries and negotiate to close deals.
Finalize agreements and transition to the post-sales team.
Marketing & Strategy Involvement:
Actively participate in monthly emails and marketing strategy discussions with the Marketing Manager.
Assist in planning and implementing new platform strategies.
Event & Field Engagement:
Attend events pan-India to network and promote IMT Care's offerings.
Conduct broker visits to finalize deals.
Reporting & Tracking:
Maintain sales tracking reports for Customer Connect and Employee Benefits.
Provide insights on challenges, successes, and areas of improvement.
Participate in weekly reviews to track progress and discuss improvements.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
