Day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Managing productivity of a team of 5 to 8 individuals 2. Become the Go-To guy for all business stoppage issues and out-of-the-box thinking to resolve them. 3. Ability to inspire teams of varied backgrounds including operations teams, Marketing teams and cross-functional peers 4. Set KPI for Business Growth with a focus on the bottom line (profitability) & restructuring business. 5. Analyzing sales data in existing channels and identifying growth oppurtunities. 6. Research new products in the market and Take part in product development to introduce products that align with the company philosophy 7. Create/Improve Processes across different Roles. 8.
