Job Description
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

- Ability to Develop, Implement & Assess performance.
- Expert in MS. WORD, EXCEL, Power point.
- Proven record in boosting team performance &Employee retention rates.
- Ability to work under sales pressures & deliver numbers.
- Communicate expectations, assignments & responsibilities clearly & professionally.
- Understand customers to deliver & meet their demands, Positives & Pain Points of the Job.
- Background experience in the CDITM industry (Consumer Durable, IT and Mobile verticals) minimum of 05 years
- Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience
- 5 to 8 years\' prior industry related business development experience in CDITM industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
