Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business and achieve sales targets.
Develop and manage relationships with clients, agents, and partners.
Recruit, train, and motivate sales teams or advisors.
Identify market trends and competitor activities
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years' experience in insurance sales/business development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Knowledge of Life, Health, or General Insurance products.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
