Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic IT Sales Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our IT services portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, deep understanding of IT solutions, and the ability to convert leads into long-term business partnerships. Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in IT services and solutions Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and contracts Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for solution alignment Track sales activities and update CRM regularly Analyze market trends and competitor activities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
