We are located in Surat, India. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Surat for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating leads, identifying potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, managing sales teams, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will also provide feedback to senior management on market trends, create sales strategies, and manage customer relations. Qualifications Sales, Marketing, and Business Development Skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to lead and manage teams Good knowledge of solar energy and the renewable energy industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Bachelor\'s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or a closely related field Prior experience in solar energy sales is a plus
